HIGH-QUALITY 3D PRINTING + PROFESSIONAL MASTER FINISHING FOR VACUUM CASTING NOT JUST 3D PRINTING — COMPLETE MASTER PATTERN FINISHING REQUIRED I am looking for an experienced professional 3D printing and model-finishing specialist to produce small and very small precision parts that will be used as master patterns for vacuum casting. The requirement is not simply to 3D print the parts. The printed parts must be professionally post-processed and finished to achieve high-quality, smooth, refined master patterns suitable for mould-making and vacuum casting. Required Work The complete process may include: High-resolution / precision 3D printing Excellent reproduction of very fine details Accurate dimensional reproduction Careful support removal Precision sanding Surface preparation Professional priming Fine sanding and rubbing Buffing Polishing Gloss finishing Clear coating Final polishing/buffing where required Required Final Quality The finished masters must have a very smooth, clean and highly refined surface, with: Minimal or no visible layer lines No obvious support marks No sanding scratches No pinholes or unwanted surface imperfections Clean and sharp details Smooth glossy surfaces where required Professional clear-coat finish Excellent overall surface quality suitable for vacuum casting master patterns Since these are small and miniature parts, experience with delicate components and preservation of fine details during post-processing is essential. Preferred Experience Preference will be given to freelancers experienced in: High-resolution resin 3D printing Miniature/precision parts Professional model finishing Master pattern preparation Silicone mould making Vacuum casting Resin casting or similar mould/casting applications Please Include in Your Bid Your 3D printing technology and printer. Materials/resins you use. Your experience with small/miniature precision parts. Your complete post-processing/finishing procedure. Experience preparing masters for vacuum casting or mould making. SAMPLE / TRIAL A small number of parts may initially be provided as sample masters to evaluate printing accuracy, detail reproduction, surface finishing and overall quality. If the samples meet the required standard, additional parts may follow. IMPORTANT: I am looking for someone who can deliver the COMPLETE FINISHED MASTER, not an unfinished 3D print. Printing Quality + Surface Finishing + Final Master Quality are all equally important.
