About the project
I need a fully modelled single-floor commercial complex produced in AutoCAD 3D. The scheme must read as unmistakably modern—clean lines, generous glazing and a purposeful, contemporary material palette. Programme requirements • Office zone: combine open-plan areas with pockets of individual cubicles to balance collaboration and privacy. • Retail zone: a continuous mall-style strip that flows naturally from the main entrance. If you feel support functions such as meeting rooms, service corridors or even a small parking apron would strengthen circulation, I’m happy to review your ideas. What I want back 1. Native .dwg file of the complete 3D model, ready for further edits. 2. Annotated floor plan (PDF) showing clear zoning, furniture blocks and key dimensions. 3. 2–3 perspective renders or view captures that illustrate façade treatment, internal flow and daylight strategy. 4. A brief design note explaining how the layout meets the modern aesthetic and functional goals above. Please work in metric units and keep layer naming logical so I can navigate the drawing easily.
