Hi, I need a mechanical CAD design for a prototype pneumatic pick-and-place mechanism. The mechanism will pick a plastic pack of approximately 100 g, rotate it, and place it inside an oven. Plastic Pack * Size: 200 × 100 × 25 mm * Weight: approximately 100 g * Gripped using 2 suction cups + Venturi vacuum Oven * Opening: 500 mm (W) × 195 mm (H) * Internal depth: 250 mm Pack orientation inside the oven: * 200 mm side → along the 500 mm oven width * 100 mm side → into the 250 mm oven depth * 25 mm → thickness Pneumatic Mechanism C1 – Rotary cylinder * 180° rotation * Rotates the complete gripper assembly. C2 – Vertical cylinder * Approx. 100 mm stroke * Provides vertical movement. C3 – Horizontal cylinder * Approx. 150 mm stroke * Mounted beside C2 * Provides forward/backward movement for inserting and retrieving the pack. Oven Door One additional pneumatic cylinder will operate the oven door. Please design the cylinder mounting/linkage and verify the required stroke and movement. Adjustable Frames The oven will be mounted on an aluminium-profile frame with: * Up/down adjustment * Left/right adjustment The plastic-pack magazine will have a separate aluminium-profile frame with: * Up/down adjustment * Left/right adjustment This is required for easy alignment during commissioning. Motion Sequence Please design and verify the complete movement: Pick pack → Retract → Rotate 180° → Open oven door → Insert pack → Release → Retract → Close door → Return Please check: * Collision/interference * Mechanical clearances * Cylinder strokes * Gripper reach * Pack orientation * Oven and magazine adjustment * Assembly and manufacturing feasibility Deliverables * Complete 3D CAD assembly
