About the project

I need a size-accurate 3D model of my rooftop built in SketchUp (minimum) that turns the space into a truly “happening” social venue—every corner should be camera-ready and share-worthy. Key elements I want woven into the concept: generous seating clusters, layered plants/greenery, and attention-grabbing lighting features. Think lounge vibes that invite small groups to relax by day, then glow at night for Instagram shots. The look isn’t tied to any strict style label; it just has to feel fresh, vibrant and cohesive across the entire floor plate. What I will provide: • Exact rooftop dimensions, photos and any structural constraints. What I need back: • A fully dimensioned file of the proposed layout . • 2–3 still views or scenes set up in the model so I can orbit and present the concept. • A detailed bill of materials: furniture pieces, planter specs, lighting fixtures, surface finishes—each item listed with size, quantity, and a direct product link or clear descriptor so I can purchase everything locally. • A short write-up explaining electrical points and planter placement so installation is straightforward. Acceptance criteria • Every object in the model aligns with the real-world measurements I supply (no guesswork scaling). • The BOM covers 100 % of visible items in the render scenes. • Model opens error-free in the respective software.
