About the project

I have a finished floor plan for a new set of school dormitories and now need it visualised as photorealistic interior 3D renderings. The aim is to give decision-makers a clear sense of how the dorms will feel once built, so accuracy to the layout and a warm, student-friendly atmosphere are essential. You will receive: • PDF and DWG versions of the architectural plan • A brief describing colour palette, furniture standards and materials we intend to use What I’d like back: • High-resolution still images (at least 4K) showing key vantage points—sleeping areas, corridors and a representative common space • Source file from the software you work in (3ds Max, SketchUp, Revit or similar) so we can create future variations • A short notes sheet listing all textures and model libraries employed, so we can keep the look consistent across later phases Please keep lighting realistic yet inviting—think daylight-balanced for study times with practical artificial fixtures for evening scenes. If you have questions on finishes or furnishing, ask early so the first draft already feels close to final. I value clear milestones: one round of clay previews, one round of textured previews, then the final polished renders. Let me know your preferred toolchain and estimated turnaround.
