About the project
This is a non-binding market-pricing request for planned R&D, not an immediate contract award. The $20–$100/hour range is a broad bidding range, not a fixed total budget. For pricing, please use the written scope: 647 estimated hours spread unevenly over up to 24 months after a possible project start (347 h for 3D scanning, data checks, Rhino 8/ExactFlat pattern work and prototype trials; 300 h for AI R&D). Target outputs include a documented scan-to-pattern workflow, editable CAD files, cutter-ready 2D pattern files, fit-test records, and an experimental AI/automation module with code and evaluation results. A working automated Rhino/ExactFlat workflow is our R&D goal; outcomes cannot be guaranteed in advance. Please ask bidders to price the 347 h and 300 h packages separately and state taxes, travel, software/equipment and AI compute costs, plus whether they can perform any on-site work in Wrocław or at Polish airfields.
