About the project

I am planning a new commercial development and need an architect who can take the lead on a full design package with a strong emphasis on energy efficiency. From the initial concept right through to permit-ready drawings, every decision—orientation, envelope, materials, HVAC strategy—should be approached with long-term operational savings and sustainability in mind. Experience with tools such as Revit, BIM 360, or ArchiCAD, and the ability to run energy-model iterations in software like IES-VE or Sefaira, will be essential. Deliverables I expect: • Concept sketches and 3D massing model • Schematic floor plans highlighting energy-saving design moves • Preliminary energy model with performance metrics and assumptions • Code-compliant drawings ready for the next design phase We can discuss milestones for each stage, and I’m happy to share the site survey and zoning information as soon as we connect.
