Scope of Work • Architectural concept development & design direction • Complete resort master planning & space planning • Planning & design of farmhouses / villas • Site zoning, circulation & overall planning • Development of 2D architectural layouts • Exterior architectural & façade design • Exterior 3D modelling & visualisation • High-quality exterior renders • Ability to take the project from*initial concept to a well-resolved architectural design Preferred Experience • Resort & hospitality projects • Farmhouses & luxury residences • Large-scale master planning • Strong architectural design sensibility • Proficient in AutoCAD, Rhino, SketchUp & Enscape
