Panama Resort Plan Relocation

About the project

I already have a complete resort master plan, however the land parcel it was drawn for is no longer available. I now own a different plot in Panama and need the whole layout of buildings and structures repositioned so it fits this new site. Your task is two-fold: first, shift every existing facility—hotel block, spa, restaurants, back-of-house, roads, and utility corridors—to the new topography; second, expand the concept with additional residential units that blend naturally with the relocated core. I will supply the current CAD files, topographic survey, and any zoning constraints for the new land. I expect an updated master site plan in CAD (DWG) and PDF, a brief design narrative explaining key siting choices, and massing visuals that show how the added residences integrate with the resort fabric. Accuracy on setbacks, view corridors, and service access is critical; the plan has to be ready for submission to local authorities. Please tell me which design and drafting software you prefer to work in—AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, or similar—and share a sample of a previous resort or large mixed-use layout you have relocated or significantly revised.
