Residential Plot Layout Design

About the project

I already have a complete field-measurement sketch of my property and now need it transformed into a well-planned residential subdivision. Every individual lot should fall within the medium range—roughly 5,001 – 10,000 sq ft—while still leaving adequate space for internal roads and future services. You will start from my hand-sketched survey (showing bearings, distances, existing access points and contours) and deliver a professional CAD layout that I can take straight to the local planning office. Accuracy is important: dimensions must close perfectly and match the survey data so that stake-out on site is seamless. Because this is purely residential, I’m focused on logical traffic flow, good frontage for each plot, and efficient use of the land. If you have suggestions for driveway alignments, utility corridors or shared green pockets, feel free to incorporate them—creative input is welcome so long as the core requirement of medium-sized lots is met. Key deliverables • Editable DWG (AutoCAD / Civil 3D) showing full lot subdivision with bearings, dimensions, total areas and road widths • PDF plot sheets ready for printing at 1:500 or similar scale • A brief design note summarising assumptions, standards followed and any recommendations for next steps I can supply the survey sketch and any additional topographic info you need as soon as we agree on the project.
