8-Second Glass Shatter VFX

About the project

I need a single, uninterrupted 8-second shot created in 16:9 at full-HD 1080p. The camera is completely locked the entire time. 0–1 s The frame must start as a perfectly uniform chroma-key green (#00FF00) with nothing else visible. 1–3 s From every edge, highly realistic reflective glass shards rush in, gradually locking together until they form the exact flat image I will supply. The portrait, clothing, original green background and its distressed pale markings have to line up flawlessly so the finished picture looks untouched. 3–4 s Hold that assembled image absolutely motionless for one full second. 4–8 s The whole picture then spider-cracks, shatters, and each shard flies back out beyond the frame, leaving the same pristine #00FF00 screen that opened the piece. No other graphics, people, or camera movement—just crisp reflections, convincing physics, and precise timing. Audio Only subtle ambient glass tinkles during assembly and a sharp shatter on the burst. No music or dialogue. Deliverable • Final ProRes or high-quality H.264 file at 1920 × 1080, 24 or 30 fps • Alpha-less version is fine; the green is meant for later keying • Separate lossless WAV of the SFX if possible Realistic glass shading and physically believable motion are critical acceptance criteria. Feel free to use Houdini, Blender, After Effects, or similar—whatever achieves the most photoreal result within the timeline. Please don't pretend this is a difficult project. Bid accordingly. Bidders, please submit a demo of this project using an image you supply. This will demonstrate you have the capability plus also weed out the bots. Bids which do not supply the demo will be automatically rejected. The winning bid will be supplied the actual image that is needed to be used. This will also ensure we won't run away with your demo. You can watermark your demo to protect you.
