About the project
My house renovation is already past the halfway mark, so I only need you to pick up where I stopped. The understaircase and one bedroom both have partial work in place; nothing you do should disturb what is already built. I will supply recent photographs and exact measurements of every wall and the current staircase frame so you can match finishes and levels. Please return: • A coordinated 2D plan and elevations for each area so my contractor can read them at a glance. • High-quality 3D renders that let me see materials, colours and lighting exactly as they will appear on site. I need the full package back within 2–3 days, and fast, clear communication is essential; I’m happy to jump on quick calls or chats whenever questions pop up. When you respond, show me past work that proves you can blend fresh design into partially completed spaces—links or images are perfect.
