Material Handling Equipment's Design and Detailing
hr INR 1250–2500
About the project
This project covers the complete mechanical design and drafting of a material-handling system—think conveyors, gantry or EOT crane sub-assemblies, and other heavy-duty structural/mechanical elements. Scope of work • Translate my functional requirements and load data into robust 3D models using SolidWorks, Autodesk Inventor, CATIA, or a mix that suits the task. • Produce clean fabrication drawings in AutoCAD, complete with weld symbols, GD&T, and ballooned BOMs ready for procurement. • Iterate through design reviews until the layout, clearances, and safety factors meet spec. What to submit with your bid I need a detailed project proposal: describe your design approach, the software you will lead with, a rough timeline, and any risk-mitigation steps. Relevant past projects are welcome as supporting links or attachments but keep the focus on how you will tackle this assignment. Deliverables accepted when 1. Parametric 3D models open error-free in native format. 2. General arrangement, assembly, and part drawings follow ISO/ANSI standards, layer conventions, and include all call-outs for fabrication. 3. Final BOM is Excel-compatible and cross-checked against drawings. If you are comfortable working in the heavy-engineering space and can take a material-handling design from first layout through shop-floor-ready drawings, your detailed proposal will be reviewed right away.
