Manufacturing-Ready 3D Product Modeling
hr INR 400–750
About the project
My product has reached the “ready for manufacturing” stage and now needs precise 3D part models that a machine shop can load straight into CAM software. I will supply sketches, dimensions, and reference assemblies; your task is to turn them into fully parametric, production-ready models. SolidWorks is the primary platform for this job, but AutoCAD can be used for supporting 2D views if that streamlines your workflow. Every feature must rebuild cleanly, carry correct materials, and respect the specified tolerances so the parts drop into the parent assembly without adjustment. Deliverables • Native SolidWorks files (.sldprt/.sldasm) • Neutral STEP/IGES exports • 2D manufacturing drawings with GD&T callouts • One-page design note summarising key assumptions Acceptance criteria • Files open and rebuild with zero errors or warnings • Critical dimensions match the supplied specification within ±0.1 mm • Drawings follow ISO or ASME drafting standards If this first assignment goes smoothly, I have more product-design work in the pipeline and would welcome an ongoing collaboration with quick turnarounds.
