Industrial Machinery - Rotating & Static Equipment's Mechanical Design
INR 1500–12500
About the project
I need a complete mechanical design package for a new item of heavy-duty industrial machinery / Rotating / Static equipment's. The project starts from my existing concept sketches and functional requirements and must finish with fully detailed, manufacturable documentation. That means 3D CAD models, strength and tolerance calculations, clear fabrication drawings, exploded-view assembly instructions, and a parts list/BOM that a shop floor or fabricator can follow without ambiguity. Because this is purely a design assignment, no maintenance or electrical work is involved. I am flexible on schedule—quality and precision matter more than speed—so we can iterate until every tolerance, material choice, and safety factor is right. Preferred tools are 3D Models & 2D Drawings, but I will accept any professional-grade CAD format as long as STEP files and PDF drawings are included. Finite-element stress checks should accompany critical load-bearing components. Acceptance criteria: • All CAD files open without errors and use consistent naming conventions. • Fabrication drawings show dimensions, tolerances, surface finishes, and weld symbols where applicable. • Calculations or FEA reports demonstrate that design meets stated load conditions. • A structured BOM lists every purchased and manufactured part with material specs and quantities. Once these items are delivered and verified, the engagement is complete. I am ready to share the concept brief and interface requirements as soon as we agree on the workflow.
