About the project

I am developing a dual-compartment carry case that keeps clean utensils separate from dirty ones and now need a production-ready tech pack to hand straight to my manufacturer. The case will be moulded entirely in food-grade silicone so it must remain dishwasher safe, leak-proof and BPA-free. Each side should be clearly embossed with my logo plus the words “clean” and “dirty”. It should also have a small latch to attach to a bag or set of keys. Overall case shape should be smooth with soft, rounded edges. Size guidance: the internal cavities have to accommodate standard table knife, fork, large spoon and a pair of chopsticks without rattling, so wall thicknesses, radii and snap-fit details will matter. The look is straightforward—single solid colour—but I still want precise PMS or Pantone call-outs in the documentation. Please create a complete tech pack that includes: • Dimensioned 2D drawings and 3D visualisations (CAD files in STEP/IGES and PDF). • Material specification sheets confirming food-grade, BPA-free silicone and temperature limits. • Surface-finish notes and emboss depth for the logo and wording. • Manufacturing details: parting lines, draft angles, suggested tooling, and tolerance table. • Colour reference and any finishing instructions. • Packaging concept sketch and flat layout (if you can add this, even better). Acceptance: All files must be editable, measurements must match the utensil list above, and leak-proof performance should be addressed through seal or gasket recommendations. Let me know your preferred software—SolidWorks, Fusion 360, Rhino or similar all work for me—and your estimated turnaround time.
