About the project
I’m preparing a ground-up residential build and need the entire house drafted in SketchUp Pro. The goal is a clean, fully navigable 3D model that captures both architectural structure and interior layout. The model will need to be linked to AutoCaD file with plans and be updated as the project develops. Scope • New-construction, single-family residence • Full exterior massing,, windows, and doors • Complete interior: room partitions, cabinetry, fixtures, and built-ins, furniture • Accurate layers, groups, and tags for easy editing • Scenes and perspective exports Deliverables • .skp file in SketchUp Pro (latest or 2023) • perspective views upon request • short walkthrough animations (optional but appreciated) Acceptance Criteria The model must open without missing textures, follow real-world dimensions provided If you are comfortable interpreting residential drawings and translating them into well-organized SketchUp models, I’m ready to share the DWG/PDF references and style guidelines.
