About the project
I own a residential property that now feels dated, and I want to re-imagine it with a fresh, modern aesthetic. The redesign should capture clean lines, smart use of space, and plenty of natural light—everything that makes contemporary architecture so inviting. What I expect from you: • Conceptual sketches that translate my vision into a clear, cohesive modern style • Scalable floor plans ready for permitting and construction • Realistic 3D renderings or visualizations so I can review finishes, window placements, and overall massing I’ll supply existing drawings, photos, and any measurements you need. Please let me know the software you prefer—AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar—so we stay compatible throughout the project.
