3D CAD Modeling from 2D Engineering Blueprints

About the project
We are looking for dedicated CAD designers and mechanical drafters to convert 2D engineering blueprints and technical drawings into accurate 3D CAD models. Scope of Work: • Review 2D orthographic blueprints with dimensioned views, tolerances, and cross-sections. • Construct watertight 3D solid models according to specified metric dimensions. • Ensure proper feature constraints, wall thickness, and draft angles where appropriate. • Deliver native CAD files (.DWG or .SLDPRT) along with standard 3D STEP (.STEP) format. Qualifications: • Proficiency in AutoCAD 3D solid modeling or SolidWorks. • Ability to interpret metric engineering drawings and standard fabrication tolerances. • Consistent communication, high attention to detail, and timely delivery. We have an ongoing series of mechanical components, fixtures, and assemblies. Modelers who deliver quality work will receive consistent assignments.
