About the project
I’m looking to turn my vacant plot into a well-organized car park surfaced in concrete. The layout should efficiently serve standard passenger cars, with clearly marked handicap bays as required by local code and a dedicated drop-off lane that can safely accommodate both buses and taxis without disrupting the main traffic flow. Please translate these needs into a complete set of drawings ready for permitting and construction. A neatly dimensioned site plan, circulation diagram, striping and signage details, grading notes, and any curb & gutter specifications will be expected. I work fastest with PDF sheets backed by the original CAD file (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar), so include both. I’ll supply the land survey the moment we start; you handle the geometry, turning radii, stall counts, ADA compliance, and drainage considerations typical for a concrete surface.
