Revit Models for Twin Homes

About the project
I need the two neighbouring houses from my construction set rebuilt in Revit so I can review massing and clearances in 3D. You will start from my 2-D architectural drawings and reproduce each home exactly as drawn—just the main and second floors—with walls, roof, windows and doors. Foundations, basements, kitchens, finishes and exterior materials are outside the scope. Both models must sit at the correct heights: use the finished-floor grades I supply and reference those values directly in the file. Focus solely on these two lots; no additional site or neighbouring-lot context is required. Deliverables • One Revit (.rvt) file containing both houses • Levels set from my grade data, each home positioned correctly in relation to the other • Basic window and door families sized per plan I will provide PDFs plus a note of the finished-floor elevations. With that information you can copy the geometry efficiently and keep the model lightweight yet accurate.
