This product features a custom inflatable pneumatic frame. You will be collaborating directly with our French CAD Engineer to design fabric components that interface seamlessly with a solid mechanical geometry. Core Deliverables: • Develop complete, highly accurate 2D flat-cut textile patterns, layout profiles, and manufacturing-ready nesting strategies based on our frame dimensions. • Create customized fabric component interfaces, connection systems, and tension/hardware attachment configurations. • Deliver finalized production-ready files in standard industry formats (DXF, ASTM, or native apparel CAD files). Required Qualifications: • Proven experience in technical gear, shelter design, heavy-duty industrial textile framing, or tactical equipment development (experience with garments only is insufficient; you must understand structural stretch, wind/tension tolerances, and rigid frame clearance). • Ability to read and interpret 3D CAD geometries, STEP, or IGES files provided by our mechanical engineer. • Deep understanding of Design for Manufacturing (DFM) methods for technical fabrics and commercial sewing assembly. Project Terms & Security: This is a confidential project. Our base intellectual property is protected under an active U.S. Provisional Patent Application. All developed work product, layouts, and geometries will vest 100% and exclusively in TyQuanNae Ltd Co under a work-for-hire assignment framework. To Apply: Please submit your portfolio demonstrating past work with structural textiles, custom shelters, heavy-duty gear bags, or multi-material industrial products. Please state your estimated project or hourly rate.
