About the project

I have two new seat-base concepts intended for rotational moulding and need them transformed from my rough sketches into fully annotated production documentation. The job is a mix of solid 3D modelling and detailed 2D drafting: • 3D CAD – Model each seat base so wall thickness, draft angles and radii conform to standard rotomoulding practice. Native files from SolidWorks, Fusion 360 or similar plus a neutral STEP are required. • 2D Technical Prints – From those models generate dimensioned, clearly labelled drawings in PDF that show cross-sections, critical tolerances, insert locations and any vents or drains the mould will need. All call-outs must be easy for a mould-maker to quote without extra clarification. I will supply the hand sketches, overall dimensions and a short list of functional requirements the bases must meet (mounting bolt pattern, maximum height, non-skid underside). Deliverables are the two finished 3D files and their corresponding annotated 2D sheets. One round of minor revision is included so we end up with tooling-ready documents. Let me know your preferred CAD package and how soon you can begin.
