Interior Architectural Visualization Rendering

About the project

I am preparing a presentation package for an interior space and need photorealistic 3D renderings that clearly communicate layout, finishes, lighting, and overall ambience. You will receive the floor plans, reflected ceiling plan, furniture schedule, and reference photos the moment we start. Your task is to build the scene, apply accurate materials and textures, set realistic lighting, and deliver fully-rendered still images from the key viewpoints we agree on. I am flexible on the software you use—3ds Max with V-Ray or Corona, Blender with Cycles, or a comparable professional tool is fine—as long as the final imagery looks convincing and print-ready. Deliverables • 5-6 high-resolution (4K or higher) JPEG/PNG renders of the interior • Native project file with all textures linked and organized • Minimum 10 round of revisions for lighting, colour, or camera angle tweaks etc. The visual style is open; feel free to propose modern, minimalist, or another direction if it best suits the space once you have reviewed the references. Consistency in material realism, balanced composition, and clean post-production will be the benchmarks for acceptance. I am ready to start as soon as I review your portfolio of similar interior shots.
