U.S. 3D Illustrator: Kids Book - 12/10/2026 23:22 EDT

About the project

My faith-based children’s picture book is halfway finished and the established visual language is a stylized, cinematic 3D cartoon look. I now need the remaining 25 illustrations—23 interior pages plus the front and back covers—to complete the story. For clarity, 10 of the 23 interior pages are redo's of illustrations I'm requesting that was done by prior illustrators I was not satisfied with. A stylized, cinematic 3D cartoon look is necessary and required because the book is based off of my movie script. The narrative blends faith and spirituality with friendship, love and a sense of adventure, so every new scene must carry those feelings while matching the color palette, lighting style and character models already created. All existing assets and reference files will be supplied so you can keep proportions, textures and mood consistent. I am creating my book in Affinity Publisher, so I will need separate PDF or PNG illustrations to upload onto the pages in Affinity Publisher. Because the book is intended for print and digital release in the United States, I prefer to work with an illustrator based in the U.S. for easier time-zone coordination and any potential print proofs that may need domestic shipping. Deliverables • 25 high-resolution (300 DPI) 3D illustrations—23 interior spreads, front cover, back cover • Print-ready CMYK files with bleed + separate RGB or sRGB versions for e-book upload • Layered source files (Blender, Maya, or comparable 3D package plus PSD/PNG exports) • One round of minor revisions per illustration to ensure thematic alignment and continuity When the final artwork seamlessly extends the current style, clearly expresses faith, friendship and adventure, and is ready for both press and digital platforms, the project will be considered complete. I’m ready to share the existing pages and production schedule as soon as we start.
