About the project
RC Toy Concept Development:Develop innovative and attractive Remote-Controlled (RC) toy concepts, including RC cars, jeeps, monster trucks, and construction vehicles. 3D Product Design:Create detailed 3D CAD models using SolidWorks, Autodesk Fusion, or similar design software. Mechanical Design: Design the chassis, body, wheels, suspension, steering mechanisms, gears, and other mechanical components. Electronics Integration: Select and integrate motors, batteries, remote controllers, receivers, electronic speed controllers (ESCs), and other necessary electronic components. Industrial Design: Develop attractive, ergonomic, durable, and child-friendly toy designs suitable for commercial manufacturing. Prototype Development: Create prototypes using 3D printing or other suitable methods and develop a working RC toy for testing. Manufacturing-Ready Design: Prepare detailed engineering drawings, assembly drawings, CAD files, and for production. Product Testing and Improvement:Test functionality, steering, speed, durability, battery performance, and remote-control range, and recommend improvements.
