About the project
I have a mix of residential and commercial projects reaching their final-presentation stage and I now need polished, photorealistic material to secure approvals and investor buy-in. All design work is complete; what I’m missing are compelling visuals and clean CAD deliverables that communicate every detail without ambiguity. Here’s what I’m looking for you to supply: • Architectural drawings – native CAD files (DWG or RVT) ready for consultants and permit sets • High-resolution still images – exterior hero shots, key interiors, and contextual aerials formatted for print and web My workflow is already set up in Revit and SketchUp, so being able to import/export smoothly from those platforms is essential. If you prefer 3ds Max, Lumion, V-Ray, or similar for the rendering pipeline, that’s perfectly fine as long as the final output meets the level of realism expected in a marketing deck. Accuracy is critical: materials, lighting, and entourage must follow the existing design specs so the renders match what’s scheduled for construction. I’ll provide the full model, reference photos, and finish schedules as soon as we agree on milestones. Let me know your typical turnaround for a first draft and how many revision cycles you include.
