About the project
Commercial interior project for a corporate office tower in Sandton, South Africa. I need a complete, render-ready 3ds Max + V-Ray scene for two views: the lift lobby corridor and the main ground-floor reception and lounge. I render the final images myself, so the deliverable is a clean working file, not final renders. Deadline: Friday 16 October, 09:00 (GMT+2). This is a rush job with firm checkpoints on Wednesday and Thursday. Only bid if you can start immediately. You will receive: 3ds Max scene (Revit model already imported, needs cleanup) Detailed render mark-up PDF 16 site photos of the existing building Full written brief with a checklist for every item Scope: New floor, wall and ceiling finishes (terrazzo tile, brick, linen wallpaper, timber veneer frames) Timber feature joinery wall with smoked glass backing and a backlit logo (traced from an image) Reception desk with stucco, stone and antique brass finishes Wall lights, LED strips and cove lighting set up as real V-Ray lights Broadloom carpets with brass edge strips About 20 furniture pieces matched to supplier product links The reception must closely match the existing building in the site photos, with only the marked changes added Deliverables: One packed .max file with all textures, proxies and assets included, using relative paths No third-party plugins (no Forest Pack, RailClone or scripts) V-Ray materials only, at real-world scale Clean layers and clear object names Two cameras set up and two test renders at 1920 x 1080 Schedule (GMT+2): Checkpoint 1, base model clay renders: Wednesday 14 Oct, 17:00 Checkpoint 2, modelling complete: Thursday 15 Oct, 10:00 Checkpoint 3, materials and lights: Thursday 15 Oct, 18:00 Final handover: Friday 16 Oct, 09:00 SOUTH AFRICAN TIME Paid in milestones per checkpoint.
