Archicad Template & Interior Design Documentation
USD 250–750
About the project
Hi! I would like to clarify the complete scope of the project so that nothing is missed. I need a professional, reusable Archicad template and complete interior design documentation system for my studio. It must be suitable for different residential projects and usable by all members of my team. The template should include preconfigured views and layouts for: • Existing-condition survey plan • Demolition plan • Proposed construction and partition plan • Fully dimensioned floor plan • Furniture layout plan • Reflected ceiling plan, including ceiling levels, suspended ceilings, curtain recesses, decorative ceiling elements and LED profiles • Lighting layout plan • Switching plan showing which switch controls each light • Electrical and power outlet plan • Plumbing and sanitary connection plan • HVAC and air-conditioning layout where required • Floor finish and tile layout plans, including dimensions, starting points, laying directions and material references • Dimensioned interior wall elevations for every relevant room • Wall finish, tile and decorative wall-cladding elevations • Detailed custom furniture and joinery drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, dimensions, materials and 3D views • Door and opening schedule • Lighting fixture schedule with product images and specifications • Sanitaryware, finishes, furniture and material schedules • Construction details, such as concealed skirting, curtain recesses, LED profiles and other custom details • Presentation sheets for moodboards, material selections and final renders The Archicad template itself should include: • A complete and logical layer structure and layer combinations • Pen sets, line types, fills, surfaces and graphic overrides • Renovation filters for existing, demolished and proposed elements • Model View Options and dimensioning standards • Consistent text, label, marker and annotation styles • Ready-to-use 2D symbols for electrical, lighting and plumbing plans • Favorites for frequently used elements and annotations • Saved views with the correct scale, layer combination, graphic override and display settings • A complete Layout Book with master layouts, cover page and table of contents • Consistent title blocks containing project information, drawing title, drawing number, scale, date, revision and designer information • Automatic drawing numbering and coordinated drawing titles where possible • Preconfigured schedules and legends • Publisher Sets for professional PDF and DWG export • A clean folder structure in the Project Map, View Map, Layout Book and Publisher Sets The drawings and layouts must have a clean, elegant and high-end appearance with a neutral beige colour palette, consistent with the visual identity of my studio. The reference PDFs and images are for inspiration regarding quality, level of detail and presentation; they should not be copied exactly. The final deliverables must include: • The complete editable Archicad template file • All custom objects, libraries, fonts and linked resources required for it to work correctly • Sample sheets demonstrating every drawing type listed above • A sample project or model showing that the views, schedules and layouts function correctly • A short screen-recorded tutorial explaining how my team should start a new project, use the views and layouts, update drawings and publish the final documentation • Testing and correction of any missing links, libraries or settings • Agreed revision rounds after I review the first draft The main purpose is to save time, maintain a consistent studio standard and allow the documentation to update efficiently when the Archicad model changes.
