About the project

I’m planning a complete redesign of my office with a crisp, modern look that makes smarter use of the available square footage. The project will revolve around four zones that matter most to our day-to-day workflow: the reception area that sets first impressions, our open workstations, the director’s cabin, and a compact pantry that currently feels underutilised. My top priority is space maximisation, so I’m after inventive layout ideas, multifunctional furniture suggestions, and clever storage solutions that keep the environment airy without compromising comfort or aesthetics. Thoughtful circulation paths, intelligent lighting placement, and a cohesive materials palette should all work together to reinforce this modern feel. For clarity, here’s what I expect to receive: • Scaled floor plans and furniture layouts showing the new spatial configuration • 3D visualisations or rendered perspectives that let the team preview the design • A concise finishes and materials board (wall treatments, flooring, lighting, key furniture pieces) • Implementation guidelines that contractors can follow without ambiguity Formats compatible with AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit are ideal, along with high-resolution PDFs for easy sharing with stakeholders. I’m ready to supply current measurements, photos, and any other information you need as soon as we start. Let’s create a workspace that feels spacious, modern, and ready for productive work.
