Parametric LED Imaging Cube – 3D-Printable Prototype (Fusion 360)
hr USD 15–25
About the project
I need a parametric 150 mm cube enclosure modelled in Autodesk Fusion 360 and ready for FDM or SLA printing. It is a proof-of-concept, so dimensional accuracy and print-ready geometry come first. Key features: - Lid: The inside of the top face holds LEDs in a spiral, 10–20 mm apart. Each LED clicks into a shallow seat that holds it without glue, and a channel carries the wiring to an exit hole. There is a centred camera opening of up to Ø40 mm. - Drawer: A pull-out drawer at the bottom slides on rails and has an outside handle. Its front closes flush, with no gaps. - Plate holder: The drawer holds a 10 × 10 cm sample plate with snap-fit clips. - Printability: Every part prints without supports, with walls of at least 1.6 mm and no overhangs steeper than 45°. Deliverables: - A native .f3d file where every dimension is an editable parameter. - STL or 3MF files in print orientation. - Section views of the internal features. - A short note on print orientation and supports. The job is done when the files open in Fusion without errors and slice cleanly, with no warnings and no non-manifold edges.
