OpenStudio / EnergyPlus Expert Needed for Research

About the project

I am looking for an experienced OpenStudio and EnergyPlus specialist to build a complete building energy simulation model from scratch for my research. The project is for a 3-level office/administration building and compares three cases: - Baseline conventional ventilation - DOAS + enthalpy ERV + schedule-based DCV - DOAS + enthalpy ERV + occupancy-based DCV I will provide the available drawings, building information, HVAC information, schedules, and research requirements. The freelancer will need to: - Build the full 3D OpenStudio model from the drawings - Create thermal zones and constructions - Add internal loads, occupancy, lighting and equipment schedules - Model the baseline HVAC system - Model DOAS, enthalpy ERV and DCV - Create and run all three cases - Fix EnergyPlus errors and warnings - Extract and compare annual and hourly results - Provide all final OpenStudio/EnergyPlus files - Explain every major modelling step, assumption and setting so I can fully understand the model and defend the methodology in my thesis The main results should compare the three cases using: - Annual cooling energy in kWh/year - Monthly cooling energy in kWh/month, so you can see how the savings change through the year - Peak cooling load in kW, to see the maximum cooling demand - Percentage reduction of Case 2 and Case 3 compared with the baseline - Ideally, the ventilation-related cooling contribution, because the research is specifically about reducing cooling caused by outdoor air ventilation. Experience with OpenStudio, EnergyPlus, HVAC air loops, chilled-water systems, DOAS, ERV, DCV and ASHRAE ventilation requirements is required.
