Expansion Joint FEA Analysis
INR 12500–37500
About the project
I need a full finite-element simulation of an aluminium expansion joint cover carried out in Autodesk Inventor. My main objective is to see how stresses are distributed through the part once the service loads and boundary supports are applied. I will send you the Inventor 3D model together with load cases and constraints. You will set up the study, solve it, and return both the working Inventor files (.ipt/.iam plus the .results set-up) and a short, illustrated PDF that walks through material definition, mesh strategy, boundary conditions, and the final von Mises stress plots. Highlight any hot spots, quote max/min values, and include brief design-improvement notes if the results suggest them. Acceptance criteria: • Mesh-convergence check included and documented • Critical stress values and their exact locations clearly marked • Files open and re-solve successfully in Inventor 2022+ on my end • PDF report matches the in-software results without discrepancies If everything aligns, the job is complete and we can move straight to sign-off.
