About the project

Project Overview We are Ever Fruit Exports Pvt. Ltd., an Indian grower-based export company expanding our portfolio into processed food products, including vacuum-packed Corn on the Cob. We are looking for an experienced packaging designer to redesign our existing Ever Fruit Corn on the Cob 450g pouch packaging for international supermarket and retail markets. We will provide our previous packaging design and existing packaging artwork as references. We want a modern, premium, professional, and attractive design while maintaining our existing Ever Fruit brand identity. The final packaging must accommodate five languages: English, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, and Danish. Scope of Work 1. Redesign our existing Ever Fruit Corn on the Cob pouch packaging. 2. Create a premium and professional design suitable for international supermarket shelves. 3. Improve the layout, typography, colour combinations, product imagery, branding, and overall visual appeal. 4. Maintain and strengthen the Ever Fruit brand identity. 5. Design the front and back panels of the pouch. 6. Incorporate all required product information in five languages. 7. Ensure the design is suitable for flexible, vacuum-sealed food packaging. 8. Prepare the final artwork according to the packaging printer's technical specifications. 9. Provide realistic 3D mockups of the finished pouch. Multilingual Packaging Requirements – Mandatory The final pouch design must include all five languages on a single packaging design: - English - Swedish - Norwegian - Finnish - Danish We do not require five separate packaging designs. All five languages must be accommodated within one pouch design. The layout must remain clean, organised, readable, and visually appealing without overcrowding the packaging. The multilingual information may include product description, preparation instructions, storage instructions, ingredients, nutritional information, net weight, country of origin, manufacturer details, and other applicable product information. We will provide the approved translations and final product information. The designer will be responsible for arranging the content professionally and ensuring that all five languages fit into the layout. Design Direction Our existing packaging uses a green and yellow colour palette, corn imagery, and the Ever Fruit brand identity. We are open to fresh creative ideas and would like the new packaging to look more modern, premium, sophisticated, and attractive to international consumers. The design should communicate product quality, freshness, convenience, and trust. We do not want a simple copy of the existing design. We expect a meaningful redesign that improves the overall appearance while retaining the Ever Fruit brand identity. Final editable CorelDRAW (CDR) source file. 5. High-resolution, print-ready PDF file. 6. High-resolution artwork suitable for professional printing. 7. Realistic 3D pouch mockups showing the final design. 8. All linked images and other required assets. 9. Reasonable revisions based on our feedback. IMPORTANT FILE REQUIREMENTS The final design must be supplied in both CorelDRAW (CDR) and PDF formats. The CDR file must be fully editable, with text, images, and design elements properly organised. Please ensure that all fonts, linked images, and other required assets are supplied or appropriately embedded, subject to licensing restrictions. The PDF must be print-ready and prepared according to the packaging printer's specifications. Providing only JPG, PNG, PSD, or a non-editable PDF will not be sufficient. The editable CDR source file and final PDF are mandatory deliverables. The designer must work with the approved packaging dieline and confirm the final dimensions, bleed, safe areas, colour settings, and other technical specifications before preparing the final artwork. What We Are Looking For - Proven experience in food packaging and FMCG packaging design. - A portfolio featuring pouch packaging or supermarket products. - Experience designing multilingual packaging for international markets. - Excellent understanding of branding, typography, and packaging layouts. - Experience preparing print-ready artwork for flexible packaging. - Ability to deliver editable CorelDRAW files and print-ready PDFs. - Good communication skills and willingness to incorporate feedback.
