Design Shed, Garage & Entertainment Area

About the project

I want to add a multi-purpose structure to my property that combines a shed, a dubile garage, a man cave and a relaxed entertainment zone under one roofline. A skilton style roof. The atached drawing should provide the information to produce a set of architectural drwings for a application to councle. I need detailed architectural drawings for a workshop shed. The shed will primarily be used to store tools, equipment, and seasonal items. I will be getting a site survey done over the next few weeks so an AutoCAD file can be imported as the site; the walls will be constructed of C channel 100x65 and 150x65 c channel i have marked the drawings appoporty The drawings should cover: - i will post in due time my draft architectural drawings in a smartdrw and pdf format - building specifications Ideal skills and experience: - Proficiency in architectural design software - Experience with workshop or storage structure designs - Knowledge of local building regulations and codes in Victoria & the National Building Code Here’s what I need from you: • A practical floor-plan that separates the dusty, tool-heavy shed section from the cleaner social area, yet still flows as one cohesive build. • Scalable construction drawings I can hand straight to a local builder or council for approvals, including elevations, framing details, and footing specs. • Material to be used are in the drawings and finishes that (for the shed and garage zones) with something more welcoming in the entertainment area. • Optional 3D renders or SketchUp/Revit models so I can visualise traffic flow before breaking ground. I’m open to steel, as detailedin the drawings. Use whichever tools you’re fastest with—AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar—just deliver in formats my builder can read. Once I approve the concept, I’d like a brief set of milestone drawings so I can stage purchases and lock in trades. If this sounds like a project you can nail, let’s talk timelines and move forward.
