About the project
I am looking for an experienced 3D architectural designer or visualization artist to create a modern and aesthetically appealing exterior elevation design for my residential bungalow. I will provide the existing 3D model in .OBJ format. The selected freelancer will use this model as the base and redesign only the exterior appearance without changing the overall building structure or floor plan. Scope of Work -Design a unique and elegant exterior elevation for the bungalow. -Work directly on the provided .OBJ file. -Enhance the façade with modern architectural elements. -Suggest suitable combinations of exterior materials, textures, and colors. -Improve the visual appeal while maintaining a practical and buildable design. -Incorporate realistic architectural details such as wall cladding, window trims, pergolas, railings, -----lighting, and other façade features where appropriate. Deliverables Updated 3D model with the new exterior elevation. High-resolution photorealistic renders (daytime and optional evening views). Front, side, and perspective views. Source files used for the project (Blender, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or equivalent). List of proposed exterior materials and color palette. Timeline: Maximum 7 days (1 week) Freelancer Requirements Proven experience in residential exterior elevation design. Portfolio showcasing similar bungalow or villa projects. Ability to produce photorealistic architectural renders. Good communication and willingness to accommodate reasonable revisions. Looking for someone who can deliver accurate, coordinated, and editable files within the timeline.
