Private Agricultural Resort Design & Visualization

Description: I want to develop a private resort on my 20,172 square meter agricultural land and need professional architectural services to design and visualize the space, considering modern aesthetics and practical uses. Scope of Work: - Create a zoning plan for the entire land. - Design concept and architectural plans for four buildings. - Provide 3D visualizations for the resort layout. - Include internal roads, main gate, tennis court, play area, parking, landscaping, and walkways in the design. Reference: - Attached documents for project identity. It’s crucial to take a look at them and also see the dimensions of the land. Which is around 200x100 in length and width. Summary: - I'm looking for alternative design options to those I've received before and I have attached them for reference. (Building 1): A modern, single-story villa with a minimum built-up area of 600 square meters (open-plan living room and kitchen with dining area, 3 master bedrooms and the bathroom and closets, an office and a gym, pantry and maid room and washing/cleaning room. (Building 2): A guest villa/ hospitality section with a minimum built-up area of 600 meter square, with a pool and comprising an open-plan living room with a dining area, a formal majlis (reception room), and 4 guest rooms with its bathrooms. (Building 3): A ground-floor reception room with a dining area, a bathroom, and a guest room with its bathroom. ~150 square meter (Building 4): A service section including: a warehouse, a water desalination plant, a storage area, two staff rooms, a heavy cooking kitchen, and animal enclosures. Additional features of the project include:, internal roads with a main gate, a tennis court, a children's play area (not far from guest villa), parkings, landscaping, green spaces, walkways between the buildings.
