About the project
I need a certified Title 24 energy compliance report and accompanying certificate turned around in 24 hours. The project is a single-family house alteration—less than 2,000 sq ft—covering window, plumbing, and lighting fixture replacements plus refreshed bathroom and kitchen finishes. I will supply the address, climate zone, floor plan, and any manufacturer data I already have as soon as we start. You will handle the modeling in CBECC-Res (or another code-accepted engine), complete all required CF-1R documentation, and return a stamped PDF I can drop straight into my permit set. Deliverables (all within one day of award): • Title 24 energy analysis file • Signed CF-1R certificate (PDF) • Any CALGreen or fixture notes generated by the model Accuracy and speed are critical; the building department is waiting. If you have questions about missing data, flag them immediately so I can respond and keep the timeline intact.
