Here’s what I’d like from you: • A mood board that defines the overall look, colour palette, and key inspiration pieces • Space-planning with a scaled furniture layout that optimises traffic flow • Lighting concept (ambient, task, accent) that complements the modern aesthetic • 3D or high-quality visualisations so I can see exactly how the design will come together • A concise shopping list with recommended furniture, finishes, and décor items available locally or online If you use tools such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, or similar, please mention them—clarity on file formats helps me coordinate with contractors later. I’ll provide current room photos, measurements, and any existing pieces that must stay once we begin.
