Slip-Casting Mold 3D Model

About the project

I need a clean, watertight 3D model of a hemispherical ceramic slip-casting mold ready to drop straight into Bambu Studio. The finished ceramic piece is a simple hemisphere with a 150 mm diameter and 80 mm overall height, so the mold you design must reproduce these dimensions accurately. Because I will be printing the mold on an FDM machine, please split the file into logical, easy-to-assemble sections that respect common build-volume limits and keep support use to a minimum. Registration keys or alignment features that guarantee a tight seal once the parts are clamped together are a must. Deliverables • Final geometry supplied in both STL and native 3MF. • Files pre-oriented for printing and clearly named. Reference photos of the desired ceramic piece will be provided immediately after project kickoff.
