About the project
I run an Italian firm that engineers high-tech, luxury swimming pools and I need a reliable rendering specialist who can translate our construction drawings into captivating, high-detail realistic visuals with a distinctly modern feel. To start, you will receive two project dossiers (attached). These serve both as the immediate task and as a proving ground for an ongoing collaboration that could extend over the next several months. Deliverables (within 4 calendar days of awarding): • A set of high-detail realistic renders for each dossier, showing day and night views, close-ups of key features, and one aerial perspective. • Source files and exported high-resolution images ready for client presentation. Acceptance criteria: 1. Visual language matches the modern aesthetic specified in the dossiers. 2. Water, lighting, and material textures read convincingly at full zoom. 3. Geometry reflects our supplied CAD/Sketch files with no dimensional drift. 4. Final ZIP passes review on first or, at most, second revision. Any mainstream pipeline you prefer—whether 3ds Max, Blender, SketchUp, or your own combination—is welcome, provided the output meets the realism and speed we require. If the first two sets satisfy the above points, expect a steady stream of pool projects to follow. I’m ready to move fast, so let’s create something stunning together.
