About the project
I need a full set of architectural plans for a duplex in a traditional style. Each unit is to follow the latest local guidelines for cross-ventilated rooms; the exact bedroom count can adjust within those rules as long as space is used efficiently and airflow is optimized. Site dimensions, structural details, floor layouts, elevations, sections, and basic MEP coordination all have to be included so I can submit the package for permits and hand it straight to the builder. Drawings must be delivered in both PDF for review and DWG for any later adjustments in AutoCAD (or compatible software). Key acceptance criteria: • Plans comply with current building codes and ventilation guidelines. • Traditional façade elements are clearly detailed. • All dimensions, materials, and annotations are complete and ready for approval.
