About the project
I manage multiple modern-style residential projects across Chennai and need a designer–architect who can dedicate full-time hours to them. The immediate pipeline covers living rooms, kitchens, and bedrooms that all follow a clean, contemporary aesthetic. You will collaborate with me from concept through execution: shaping layouts, developing mood boards, specifying materials and lighting, producing detailed construction drawings, and coordinating with local vendors and contractors. Regular site visits around Chennai are essential, so proximity to the city is important. Key deliverables for every room: • Concept package: mood board, colour palette, reference imagery • Scaled space plan with furniture layout (AutoCAD or similar) • 3D renders or walkthrough (SketchUp, 3ds Max, or comparable) • Working drawings: elevations, sections, electrical & plumbing points • Final schedule of finishes, fixtures, and furniture with BOQ Timelines are tight, so I value quick iteration, clear communication, and organised file management.
