About the project
I’m ready to move from vision to paper on a new township and need a qualified architect-planner to prepare a full master plan. The brief is clear: • Land-use structure must balance residential, commercial, and generous parks / recreation so the entire township feels vibrant yet livable. • Overall aesthetic is distinctly Modern—clean lines, contemporary materials, and an emphasis on walkability and sustainable infrastructure. • Within the neighbourhoods I prefer a clustered housing pattern that creates cozy community pockets while keeping plenty of shared green space. What I expect to see from you: 1. A graphic master plan (AutoCAD or GIS base) showing zoning blocks, circulation, open-space hierarchy, and key infrastructure. 2. Concept sketches and 3D massing views—SketchUp, Revit, or similar are fine—to communicate scale and architectural language. 3. Phasing and density schedule outlining how the project can grow over time. 4. A brief narrative report (PDF) that explains design rationale, sustainability considerations, and parking / mobility strategy. I’ll provide the site boundary, topography, and any local code references as soon as we start.
