About the project
I'm looking for a creative Architect/Interior Designer to help design my Ground +1 residential house in a modern, clean, minimal, and premium style. The civil work is already completed, so the layout is fixed. I need someone who can enhance the existing spaces through thoughtful design rather than changing the floor plan. Areas to be designed: Hall & TV Unit Kitchen Master Bedroom & Wardrobe Second Bedroom Pooja Room Front & Side Elevation (colour and texture suggestions) Deliverables: 2D drawings with dimensions 3D renders Material, laminate & colour recommendations Carpenter-friendly joinery details At least one revision I'll provide floor plans, site photos, dimensions, and reference images. Please share your portfolio, software used (SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, etc.), timeline, and quotation. I'm looking for someone who thinks like an architect—balancing aesthetics, functionality, and practicality—not just creating attractive renders.
