Bangladesh-Based UI/UX Designer for Web3 Dashboard
USD 10–30
About the project
Figma UI/UX Designer Wanted for Web3 Dashboard (Bangladesh-Based | Revenue Share & Equity Partnership) We are bootstrapping HGDS (Human-First Digital Nation), a revolutionary decentralized virtual society governed entirely by real, verified human agents (strictly Zero AI/NPCs). We are currently building our Phase 1 MVP—a responsive 2D Web3 portal focused on Sybil-resistant onboarding, a unified citizen dashboard, and a quadratic voting engine. We have a clear, realistic 3-4 month development roadmap and a solid technical specification ready. Now, we are looking for a talented Bangladesh-based Lead UI/UX Designer to join our 3-person core team and design the interface on Figma. What You Will Do: Design a clean, minimalist, and highly professional 2D Web3 Dashboard. Create logical UI flows for wallet connection, voter portals, and real-time security alerts (e.g., Panic Button interface). Collaborate closely with our Lead Tech Co-founder to export assets for Next.js/Tailwind CSS integration. Requirements: Must be based in Bangladesh (for easy communication and seamless collaboration). Strong portfolio showcasing SaaS dashboards, Web3, or Fintech designs. Expertise in Figma, wireframing, and creating interactive prototypes. Good understanding of Web3 user behaviors (wallet connection states, transaction loaders, etc.). Compensation & Partnership Terms (Important): Since we are in the strict bootstrapping phase, this project is Equity & Revenue Share-based. We are looking for a long-term partner/co-founder rather than a one-time contractor. You will receive Founder-level Equity/Tokens with a structured vesting schedule. You will get a Direct Revenue Share (percentage) from our upcoming "Pioneer Pass" NFT/SBT sales planned in Month 2 of the MVP. Permanent co-founder status as we transition into our Phase 2 3D virtual world.
