About the project
We are looking for an experienced financial consultant or investment advisor to prepare an investor-ready investment proposal for our IT product development and services company. The scope includes: Recommend an appropriate investment amount based on our growth plans. Suggest a suitable equity offering and dilution strategy. Prepare an investor-ready investment proposal. Develop a funding utilization plan covering: Product development and enhancement Domestic and international market expansion Team expansion Sales, marketing, and business development Prepare 3-5 year financial projections. Provide investor return scenarios.
