About the project
I’m preparing a budget-planning session and need a clear, data-driven slide deck that walks my leadership team through our financial forecast. The core of the work is a forward-looking model built around three KPIs—revenue growth rate, profit margins, and cash-flow projections—then turning those numbers into a concise, visually appealing presentation. You’ll take the raw data I provide (historical P&L, recent cash statements, and growth assumptions) and: • Build a 12- to 18-month financial forecast with scenario flexibility. • Highlight the three KPIs in easy-to-read charts and tables. • Translate insights into a PowerPoint (or Google Slides) deck ready for the budget meeting, complete with speaker notes. Acceptance criteria • Forecast reconciles to historical figures and balances across statements. • Each KPI is shown both numerically and graphically, with clear takeaways. • Slides are branded in my template and under 20 pages. • All underlying Excel/Sheets files are delivered alongside the deck. Experience with Excel financial modeling, KPI dashboards, and clean slide design will make this go smoothly. I’ll share the data as soon as we agree on timeline, then schedule a quick walk-through to confirm assumptions before you start crunching.
