Full Boutique Property 3D Renders

About the project

I need photorealistic 3D imagery that covers every corner of a small boutique property—both inside and out. The primary aim is design visualization, so the renders have to be clear enough for my architect, contractor, and I to test finishes, lighting, and furniture layouts long before we commit on-site. The interior should feel “Somewhat different.” In other words, I am open to touches of modern, traditional, or even eclectic elements, but nothing straight out of the catalogue; I want a fresh, curated vibe that still feels cohesive with the exterior architecture. If you can suggest creative material combos or signature focal points while staying true to the overall concept, that’s a plus. Deliverables • High-resolution still renders of all main interior spaces and all exterior façades (day and optional night scenes) • Source files in the software you work best in—3ds Max + V-Ray, SketchUp + V-Ray, Corona, or Blender are all fine, provided textures and lighting are intact • Three rounds of revisions to refine colours, materials, and camera angles Acceptance criteria • Realistic lighting and shadow work; no over-exposed “CGI” look • Textures match specified materials (wood grain, stone veining, fabric weave, etc.) • Consistent design language that reflects the “Somewhat different” brief Please include a small sample or portfolio link showing similar boutique-scale projects so I can gauge style fit. I’m ready to move quickly once I find the right artist.
