About the project
I have an AI-generated concept for a “gemstone photography box” and now need a production-ready CAD file that I can 3D-print or machine. I need Help with engineering too. The box must be completely hollow—no built-in lights—because I’ll be bringing light in from outside and shooting through a separate camera port. Your task is to translate my concept into precise, manufacturable geometry. Scope of work • Model the full enclosure with every length, width, height, wall thickness, and the critical internal angles that govern light entry and camera sight-lines. • Keep the design material-agnostic so I can fabricate it in plastic, metal, or wood without redesign. • Provide native CAD (SolidWorks, Fusion 360, or similar) plus export files such as STEP and STL suitable for 3D printing or CNC. I will send you the AI render and sketches showing the light paths and camera position. Feel free to suggest subtle tweaks that improve structural integrity or ease of printing as long as they don’t alter the optical angles. Deliverable is accepted when the model opens error-free, all dimensions/angles match the brief, and it slices cleanly for printing. If you’re comfortable with optical enclosures and 3D-print-ready design, let’s get started—I’d like the first draft within from tomorrow.
